Do Americans Have Human Rights?

Franklin Delano Roosevelt was the only American president who recognized that Americans have human rights. (Citizenship rights, in contrast, are part of the US Constitution.) In his 1944 State of the Union Address Roosevelt proposed that all Americans are entitled to sufficient food, an education, housing, a decent job, health care, and security in old age. That was the first and last time we heard an American political leader defend human rights, in spite of the fact that they have become international law and most countries include human rights in their constitutions. To be sure, we Americans enjoy citizenship rights and can protest when our government has violated them. Yet we Americans cannot protest violations of human rights because we have none, at least none that are constitutionally binding

Returning to Roosevelt. He died in 1945. After that the Cold War ideology took fierce hold in America, but it was a more comprehensive ideology than often described. It was not only anti-Communism, it was also about class, race, and gender in America. This ideology justified patriarchy, kept racial minorities in their place, and defended a class hierarchy. The "undeserving," it was said, were coddled in communist countries, but not in capitalist America. Why? The answer that ideologues gave was that the system was fair! Those who did not meet the mark simply would go hungry, unhoused, unemployed. "Too bad. Maybe the Salvation Army would look after them"

Fast forward to the 1990s. Same system, same myth, but what has changed is that Americans workers had to compete with all workers around the world, and American workers – lots and lots of them – began to recognize that the whole system is rigged. Again fast forward, this time to 2007, The top one percent of American households received 21.8 percent of all pre-tax income in 2005, more than double what that figure was in the 1970s.( Saez). The ratio of the wealth of the richest one percent of US households to the typical US households was 190 (State of Working America 2006-07, Figure 5B).

Life chances in America are not only unequal, they are perniciously linked with race and ethnicity. The poverty rate is 24.4 percent for blacks, 22.5 percent for Hispanics, and 23.2 for Native Americans. (US Bureau of the Census), and a disproportionate many of the 47 million without health insurance are people of color. A recent Harvard Public Health study found that Indigenous males lived only to about 50 years of age.

The problem in America is that we may be dismayed and shocked at these facts but we have no objective grounds to protest them. Of course we have human rights, which are birthrights, but they are not birthrights that are recognized by our government.

There are many questions: Why are human rights so dangerous that they were pushed underground in America? Where do human rights come from? What countries have adopted human rights? Do all countries agree about human rights? I always welcome your comments.

Americans seem to think that human rights only apply to people in other countries. And no one wants to admit that they are poor, or rich for that matter: we are all just one big middle class. Embracing human rights domestically will require a change in this mentality. But it is an important effort, for the reasons you have outlined. We do not seem to have a moral obligation to fix poverty in the US. A human rights framework can provide that leverage.

Discrimination
Human faith religion starts from the premise of humanity which is more than a physical face and biological organism. It is a wisdom that can only be obtained from the nature of God. It is a stage of awareness where purity of living in the physical senses without bias. Today the global women health and education crisis is result of Christian ethics of distributing education unequally. Education for the women’s of the world. We know that the "God Save the Queen and Queen Save the World “ The only way we can treat the world phenomena of poverty, population, Health, war, global warming, earth, children and racial issues and many more by educating the Queen. It is time to break the prison camp of Christianity in order to change system of the world leadership and to stop educational discrimination from developed nations. The problem is when someone uneducated and dust colored like me tries to prove something it is called delusion and the same product gets new name and introduced by some privileged member of Christianity called illusion. The issue we see in many undeveloped nations is that the majority of there best minds and educated people go to the America and European countries for batter life. The undeveloped country gets by one way or other because it must while they live good life comfortably as a modern slave of Christianity. As soon as their successors grow up they will follow them to find best education and work in United State and The United Kingdom. The result of this is that after every twenty or twenty five years undeveloped country goes back to the starting point again this whitish circle of helplessness continues because of Christian ethics of distributing education and keeping educated worker for them self. The easy way to stop vicious circle developed nations must educate citizen of poor and undeveloped countries in order to advance life. It is time to stop educational discrimination for humanity. Thus a free beggar is better then the President of country who is in the prison camp of Christianity. The human faith message of life and spreading the understanding of true human nature can bring peace and goodness in our life and in the life of those who are seeking truth. It is time to introduce human faith religious based on new life shining with light and full of happiness. Human faith is the real message of love and peace in the world. The goal that we set up for human being in their lives is the satisfaction and the moral value by means of which all actions must be measures to save human life. Our vision is to introduce true human nature by mobilizing communities and faiths around the world to improve people’s lives .Our mission is to strength the bond of humanity by introducing human faith religion. The "martial law” such as those operating in dictatorships and monarchies should change their unjust way of monopolizing humanity. It is scares to think that the relationships among people and organizations based on Christian ideology .I would like to request from all these Dictators, Kings, Monarchies, Army Chiefs, Organizations, Government officials, Presidents, Vice Presidents, and Religious leaders to adopt new philosophy of humanity and come out from the prison camp of Christianity .
Human faith method of teaching moral values and humanity can give realistic purpose of achieving complete fulfillment of internal life. The spiritual change from loneness to loveliness is based on love by giving unlimited trust in God (Rab). Human mind is miracle of Supreme Being when we struggle to boil it at luck warm temperature of wisdom to understand fundamental of life by reading (Rabi). The ever lasting stage of satisfaction for mind is to reach Supreme Being before death. The journey of memories can be pleasant with nine affirmations of human faith. We believe that it is time to joggle every conscious to show them that human mind is superior matter not material. The festival of life can be celebrated with wisdom of human faith knowledge once we realize that we all are part of the superior race. It advocates spiritual and moral principles on very high scales for the longest term in human history. Human faith is Adam's monotheistic faith and knows that God is the creator and overseer of the universe at all the time and all matters. It is time to modernize our faith by adopting true faith and educate mankind in accordance with basic principle of life. The doctrine of humanity is very clear that exploiting power in an ugly way no matter who is that is wrong and nonsense. Knowledge is the only source toward establishing basic philosophy of liberty and justice by showing mutual love and confidence in Human race. The Moral Values
Abu bin Adam was born in the city of heat and dust (Multan Pakistan) and few yards away from his home there was a cemetery and a heavenly light used to live there whose name was Human Faith. The heavenly light told Abu to look at the tallest tree in the cemetery where the Golden Eagles have risen their chicks, after a few seconds a chick fell from the tree and landed on the ground. The parents of the chick, the two golden eagles came down and tended the chick. The heavenly light attracted Abu to see what the chick will do and how the parents will help him get back to the nest, the chick tried to fly but he couldn’t because he wasn’t old enough to, both parents stayed with the chick to protect him from other predators, everyday the chick tried to fly but couldn’t, after seven days he finally succeeded and flew to the tree and sat on a branch near his nest. It was a surprise for Abu to see that the chick and the parents did not lose heart made many attempts but succeeded in the end. Seeing this, a ray of hope shown on Abu’s face, the heavenly light told Abu that failure is the pillar of success in kids life and said that the Greek king Dionysius’s people were suffering from pain and sicknesses we showed him how to produce wine (Abay-Anhub) from the grapes and give the art and wisdom to keep his people happy and we made Abraham PBUH a good man who is not a Christian, Muslim, Hindu, or a Jew who is just a upright man for his family and for moral values. Heavenly light gave Abraham PBUH wisdom and the stone (Asfud) from paradise and moral values for human kind. Time went by quick and Abu happen to be here in United State driving livery when he met a girl who have three children from three different fathers and all fathers are in jail. Abu’s job is to take her to the Methadom clinic everyday and bring her back home, and her youngest four year old child saw Abu as a male role model who is there every day and the child called Abu daddy, Abu looked in the kids eyes and cried and asked God (Rab) what happened to Abrahams PBUH moral values.

Blessing on humanity (Rabi) from Mehdi and Adam the father and the son with Holy Spirit!  

Human faith teaches not only moral values it can give realistic purpose of achieving complete fulfillment of internal life. Our method of understanding both the universe and life is based on unlimited confidence in individual by teaching respect of human life. CONCLUSION OF LAW

Department of transportation failed the application based on our religious belief not based on facts.

Based on Hearing, fact, Discussion, and witness we feel that conclusions is simply based on Religious Discrimination . We would like to petition the matter to United State Congress, United State Senate and U S Department of Transportation to reopen this application and investigate this case.

2. We believe any kind of negative discrimination such as racism, sexism and religious persecution are crimes against humanity. We cannot endorse sole progression of man from animal as it rejects spiritual evolution. We will respect all human kind. Divine Law of Adam (Jesus & Mehdi )
