Albie Sachs, prominent South African jurist, sums up the logic of human rights this way: when we celebrate human rights we celebrate human equality, but at the same time we celebrate that each and every one of us is different from all the rest. Sachs captures the essence of what human rights are: human equality and human difference. By implication, too, humans have responsibilities to one another to ensure equality and difference. If these are the principles, where do we go next? Surely we need tools, but there are different kinds of tools, and therefore different toolkits.

There are three.

The International Toolkit

In the international toolkit, there are three tools. The first are human rights laws agreed to by nation-states and “housed” within international agencies: the United Nations, UNESCO, and the International Labour Organization (ILO). The second are Nongovernmental Organizations – NGOs -  that mobilize and coordinate human rights actions transnationally. NGOs are diverse, including “whistle blowers,” such as Human Rights Watch, and mobilizers, such as Via Campesina. The third  are networked movements that span the globe and unite people in opposition to oppression, economic exploitation, war and militarism. At the center of these movements is the World Social Forum. In different ways, human rights laws, NGOs, and networked movements are advancing equality while upholding peoples’ distinctive cultural rights.

National Toolkits

Toolkits of nation-states are constitutional provisions for human rights. The range is extraordinary. Just to illustrate, Brazil has detailed labor provisions; Finland, South Africa and Spain have provisions for language and cultural rights; Paraguay protects the rights of its indigenous peoples; Belarus, among other countries, has provisions for universal medical care; and Argentina and other countries have constitutional provisions for the rights of women.  In spite of great variation, the trend is towards uniformity and enhanced protections because citizens and NGOs everywhere are demanding it, and this includes socioeconomic rights and provisions for the rights of particular groups, such as women and minorities. 

 Local Toolkits: Learning with Others

It is only at the local level - in neighborhoods, communities, towns and cities - that people existentially learn, feel and understand the significance of equality and difference. By this I mean that people discover these principles themselves, through engagement with others, not abstractly through laws and constitutions. Black Americans and white Americans sort through their shared and different histories; citizens listen to migrants and, in turn, migrants to citizens; and  farmers and city folk come together and have discussions about what they have in common and how they are different.

The local toolkit of human rights is messy and disorganized, but it is the most significant of them all.

Great post, I like the idea of toolkits. I think these can work the other way as well, in that various minority groups or indigenous peoples can use these toolkits as well to advocate for human rights issues. One example is through minority or indigenous based publications and media - a way for them to express their own voice and the social unjustices that are happening.

Human rights are the inherent dignity and the foundation of fair trade, freedom, justice and peace only for privileged member of a religion whom symbol is sword for humanity. The Greedy 8 nations have set a new standard of humanity in which no one has the right to fair trade, peace in life, liberty of color and security of harassment from the homeland security due to the terrifying policies. Any person of color can be held in slavery or servitude and can be subjected to torture, cruel and inhumane treatment without justice which is philosophically based on certain history. Thus no doubt when culture, religion and nature develop based on symbolism of sword that religious can not be sympathetic to other belief. At this moment on this earth any sober human beings can not seek religious asylum from persecution to a developed country that is based on humanity due to whitish circle of humility. Freedom was the birth right of all living things just before creation of an organization for human rights. It is time to reform colorful humanity based on fair trade, freedom, population and fair mainstream media. Fair trade is the business in which a person travels regularly without thinking of religious, color and country any where but in Greedy 8 Nations. The new policy of fair trade is an organized system which promotes standards for the colorless labor and there social policy. The policies in areas related to the production of private and brand goods such as cigarettes, alcohol, drugs, sex toys and problems to keep them busy in vicious circle. The system focuses in particular on exports from developed nations to poor and developing countries. Fair mainstream media is where educated colorful people or an Independent Association based on humanity ensures the free flow of any report in a true democratic Society. Justice was the ideal, morally correct state of things and persons. It was the social, political movements of humanity for injustice. We Americans are in very difficult position for human rights and justice. Thus, Justice in the Christian America is the fisa act, the patriot act, the religious act, the act of war, the water boarding act, Guantanamo bay act, abu grab act the only act is missing is the act of humanity. The only way of democracy is love of colorful humanity. It is time to start silencing whitish nature to create true nature of human faith by realizing that we all have trust in God (Rab) and faith in humanity (Rabi). Human faith has great respect for all religion especially Judaism, Islam, Buddhism, and Hinduism. It is time to stop growing army of Judaism, Christianity, Islam, Buddhism and Hinduism and select sober spiritual leaders for humanity to dissolve problems .human faith religious members would like to request from all nations and there dictators, kings, monarchies, army chiefs, organizations, government officials, presidents, vice presidents, and religious leaders to arrange dialogue with there major and minority religious leaders to confirm that they are not been used by the third party. The complications of this current method of dividing wealth, education and health and introducing democracy by force are wrong. How could a human being aspire to freedom in any field when he is deprived of the freedom of his life?
Human faith religious is a public school for humanity .The leisure of learning truth, honesty and freedom. It is the eminent brain for batter society and the library of knowledge. It is the sacred water of life that emerges with the seven colors of human diversity to dissolve racism. Human faith method of teaching moral values and humanity can give realistic purpose of achieving complete fulfillment of internal life. The spiritual change from loneness to loveliness is based on love by giving unlimited trust in God (Rab). Human mind is miracle of Supreme Being when we struggle to boil it at luck warm temperature of wisdom to understand fundamental of life by reading (Rabi). The ever lasting stage of satisfaction for mind is to reach Supreme Being before death. The journey of memories can be pleasant with nine affirmations of human faith. We believe that it is time to joggle every conscious to show them that human mind is superior matter not material. The festival of life can be celebrated with wisdom of human faith knowledge once we realize that we are part of the superior race. It advocates spiritual and moral principles on very high scales for the longest term in human history. Human faith is Adam's monotheistic faith and knows that God is the creator and overseer of the universe at all the time and all matters. It is time to modernize our faith by adopting true faith and educate mankind in accordance with basic principle of life.

The Brain

Abu Bin Adam was a young child in Multan Pakistan, 1977 the day was very hot and humid Abu couldn't take an afternoon nap so he went outside to see the birds on the trees, days were long and very hot and all the vultures used to rest on those trees some of them were sick they were to weak to fly so they were hiding themselves in the bushes in a cemetery.

One of the white tail vulture died, Abu buried him and Abu asked heavenly light the reason why the vultures are dying in greater number the answer was kidney failed due to toxic chemicals in dead animals. Time went by quick, the new technology was advancing and most of the kids in the neighborhood had pilot guns so they were hunting all over the city without restrictions birds and small animals were dieing .

There were not that many birds, left only migrating birds were coming every season. One day Abu saw a wounded cat with a pilot gun wound. Abu tried to save her but lack of medicines and money couldn't . The day of Christmas came Abu went to buy candies a few people who tied a dog and had bats in their hands, the people were trying to kill the dog because dog had bitted the owner the dog was crying for help.

Abu try to stop them but no one listens to a kid. A guy from the crowd pulled a revolver and shot the dog . Abu couldn't see the brutality and cried.

Heavenly light appeared and said whenever animals ao humans cry for help ao there brain plasticity reduced we send two angels to investigate the matter.

Blessing on humanity (Rabi) from Mehdi (Imam) and Adam (Jesus) the father and the son with Holy Spirit!

After few months the owner of the dog and the guy who hurt the cat were crying.
Time went by quick and Abu happened to be in Dallas Texas to visit the place where his friend had died in the Gun violence. After visiting Abu came home and prayed to his God ( Rab) and asked heavenly light ( Rabe Zedni elma ) how justice is done ?

Answer was . when matter returns

The Divine Affirmations of human faith are the commandment of God (Rab) of Humanity (Rabi). The crime against the Divine Affirmations is blasphemy and great disrespect for our God (Rab) of humanity (Rabi).

Human faith teaches not only moral values it can give realistic purpose of achieving complete fulfillment of internal life. Our method of understanding both the universe and life is based on unlimited confidence in individual by teaching respect of nature and life.

Human faith is Mehdi’s and Adam’s monotheistic faith and knows that God (Rab) is the creator and overseer of the universe at all the time and all matters. It is time to modernize our faith by adopting true faith and educate mankind in accordance with basic principle of life.

Al-Qaeda ( First Lesson ) of love is the morning star that appears in the sky just before sunrise, we call it, the star of love. Al-Qaeda ( First Lesson ) of life is the quality that separates animals from human beings. It is a state of living that marked especially by understanding of Supreme Being for human kind. Knowledge is the key to establish system of change and the philosophy of human life that is based on evolution .

The Human Faith element of love and hate is the force of evolution. It is the power that controls the universe. When a baby cries the power of love force mother to nurse the baby. This is the same force when chicks open their eyes in the egg shell the same element forces them to use the beak to break the shell and fallow the mother nature. We know that the mother love is one of the beauties of nature and the origin of humanity and Al-Qaeda ( First Lesson ).

The fundamental links in our spiritual and martial evolution that changed us from violent to sober human being, is the element of love for family . We believe this element of love was created before the universe for human evolution and it can not be separated from the human soul (matter).

True love is part of human soul in which strong devotion is created for another soul in environment where matter meet. This element is neither part of sexual desire nor matter of modernizations symbols of “holy pleasure” neither romance, it is humanity. Human faith is the last stage of life where humanity has power of freedom to change system of liberty and democracy. Al-Qaeda ( First Lesson ) of human faith is love and hate for social justice.

This is the same force that controls the process of mental change of all human beings from a lower and simple way to a higher and better system of life. Children's Rights
Human brain is more then a supercomputer and biological organism. It is the prison box of soul ( matter ) to drive thoughts, hopes, dreams and imagination for human kind. The spongy three pound mass of fatty tissue is the miracle of supreme being when we struggle to boil it at lukewarm temperature of wisdom to understand fundamental of life. Brain plasticity is driven by neurons which is simply electricity or gravity for psych, memories controlled by exercise.
Brain health is one of the most urgent health problem of the twenty first century in the world. Neurological illnesses affect more than 110 million in America and cost is estimated about $ 490 Billion dollars annual expense for disorders such as Alzheimer, sleep, hearing, depression, stroke, head injuries, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injuries, schizophrenia and Parkinson’s.
The new environmental illness or disease such as respiratory problems ,chemicals, allergens, pollution, and other toxins will contribute high numbers of neurological disorders. The shared ancestry and certain blood group and religious groups such as human faith are endangered due to environmental change.

Learning and memory problems of human brain are control by cerebral cortex, amygdala, hippocampus and the steering wheel of the all these functions is the cerebellum .Sleep is the most important part of human health . Which is control by the gravity of supreme being who changes the pressure of gravity on this earth two times a day for the phenomena of life.
Addiction and drug abuse contributing about 90 percent of brain disorders . The pleasure chemical that brain produce with drugs and alcohol is the reason behind human population and psychological problems .
The ancient rules of cell and gene therapy for child health and for child psych by changing ancestry and living clean and exercise is the answer .

It is all about genes that are contributing about 60 percent to child’s risk of developing mental problems.
One study has shown that the marriage between first cousins doubles the risk of cerebellum functions and other learning defects for brain. The shared ancestry is increasing the risk of many neurological problems in all parts of the world.
Human destiny starts when mother sacrifice pain and gift is rainbow of life. It is our choice how we want to see these the seven colors, the ancient wisdom of wedlock make them brighter by psych and memories. It is time to sacrifice self love form social love and lift ambitions by showing brighter seven colors of the rainbow. The commercially grown educators and leaders do not stress importance of sacrificing personal pleasure for child health who lives 70 to 80 years and have a divine right to a father , mother and home for better psych and health.

CONCLUSION OF LAW

Department of transportation failed the application based on our religious belief not based on facts.

Based on Hearing, fact, Discussion, and witness we feel that conclusions is simply based on Religious Discrimination . We would like to petition the matter to United State Congress, United State Senate and U S Department of Transportation to reopen this application and investigate this case.

2. We believe any kind of negative discrimination such as racism, sexism and religious persecution are crimes against humanity. We cannot endorse sole progression of man from animal as it rejects spiritual evolution. We will respect all human kind. Divine Law of Adam (Jesus & Mehdi )
